Minutes will normally be posted here after their approval from Council/Committee/Board. The Municipal Act, 2001 allows for anyone to have a copy of unapproved minutes under section 2531 (b) however, in order to receive those unapproved minutes you are requested to present yourself to the Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to receive a copy. Only approved minutes will appear on this site.
